Kweli Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

This policy explains what information the Kweli app ("Kweli", "we", "us") collects, why, and how it's handled. Kweli is published by Trionic Labs.

The short version

Information we collect

Feedback you submit. When you use the in-app feedback form, we receive the category, your message, and — only if you provide them — your name and email address. Contact details are optional and used solely to reply to you.

Technical context. To help diagnose bugs, feedback submissions include basic technical information: app version, operating-system version, and device model. For bug reports, we may also include an identifier for the game or session you were in. This information is not used to identify you personally.

Gameplay data. Your scores and game progress are stored on your device. If you have iCloud backup enabled, they may be included in your device's backup, which is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms. We do not collect your scores.

How we use information

How information is stored

Feedback is transmitted securely (HTTPS) to our backend, which runs on Cloudflare, and is stored there only as long as needed to act on it. We aggregate submissions into a daily summary for review and remove or archive processed entries.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the app (for example, Cloudflare for backend hosting and our email provider for support replies), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Data retention

Feedback and any contact details are kept only as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted or anonymized.

Children's privacy

Kweli is rated for all ages and is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only personal information Kweli ever receives is the optional name and email a user chooses to enter in the feedback form.

Your choices

Providing contact information in the feedback form is optional. You can request that we delete feedback you've sent, or any contact details, through the in-app feedback form.
